City of New Castle Utilities

The City of New Castle is able to provide a considerable amount of water from the large aquifers below the city. Currently the city has additional water capacity of 3,000,000 MGD. Indications from well test indicate the city can pull even larger volumes of water from these unique aquifers along the Big Blue River.
